Unable to proceed to "Sign Copyright"

Hi, I'm having trouble proceeding to "Sign Copyright".

I have uploaded both preview and source file (zip) but can't proceed to the next step. It saids i have succesfully uploaded the files and can proceed to the next step but the source file/zip archieve remains empty. I also tried using a different browser, and different computer. but it gives me the same result.
