Client wants Refund

I have never experience this but what happens when a client wants a refund? then the money is sent to the designer . Do the designer sent back the money that he already used or what ?

HI there are you asking if client asks for refund after contest is closed and finalized?

 

We have had  a few times this happen for  a couple of different reasons

 

1. the contest was fraud and designcontest.com received  a chargeback

2. client came back and said winning entry can't be copyrighted.  with this type of issue I can and have most of the time been able to fix the design so it can be copyrighted or opened the contest back up so designer can work with the client more to make the design be able to be copyrighted.
