Why i can't submit my design ?

I tried hard to submit the design but could not submit. There are some contest whose time is for few hours and I have made some designs by spending my precious time. Which I don't think I will be able to submit that design. Due to this website problem.

The problem will be fixed as soon as possible. If there are any contests expired in this interval, I'm sure a solution will be found, probably the admins will decide to extend those contests.
