Two Questions

Hello,

I have two questions, if anyone can point me in the right direction.

1. Won my first contest and requested the payment. I was expecting the payment today but the status changed to "Under Review". I read in the KB that it may happen when it's your first contest, but what I didn't find out is how much will it take to get over the review stage. Should I expect the funds today or next Thursday.. or when?

2. I don't know how this website works in particular (I'm fairly up in the top designers on other platforms) but under the "Contests" tab, I have FINALIZATION (1), with a contest that has ended more than 2 months ago. I haven't won that, I ended up 2nd. I checked and the client is using the winning logo, not mine, so I guess the payment was sent to whoever won. Question is, why is it appearing in my FINALIZATION tab. Do all contests appear there regardless of whether you won them or not? Is there any action I should take?

Admin is reviewing all finalization & other client-designer statuses and background checking/clearing, so payment releasing mainly depends of the general scope of admin's work on DC. Not only contest's finalizations go under it. Therefor specific time can not be set. However, admin's priority is always clearing all statuses and payments.

Regarding your second question - that means that contest you had participated in or followed it is still in finalization mode with winning designer.
