It's been a week since I won the contest. I submitted the source files and had a brief chat with the client, during which they confirmed receiving the files. However, the client was last online four days ago, and the payment has yet to appear on my Finance board.

In my experience, maybe it's normal. Because I think they have a team that has to negotiate. I also just finished the contest and the same thing happened. after 3 days since he was online the funds went in immediately.

It seems there might be an issue with my account. This is my sixth win, and unfortunately, I have encountered payment-related issues every time. On some occasions, the funds were not credited even after seven days, while on others, payouts remained uncleared despite multiple Thursdays passing. Each time, I had to reach out to support for resolution.

RnR, I am sorry you are having trouble with payments.

I do not have any info over that. I see you have active infraction which can cause the delay. 

Maybe clearance with client back check has to be done, I am not sure. 

I will forward it to admin on Thursday, can not do it before because it is holiday.

If I may, may I know whether you use PayPal or Payooner?
If you autodebit Payoneer it usually takes longer after I read posts from other users.
I've also withdrawn several times and the good news is there haven't been any problems. 
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

cinici_id, I primarily use Payoneer, and based on my experience, their services are typically very efficient. Therefore, it seems unlikely that the issue lies with Payoneer.

I have the similar issue. 5 days ago CH already said like this : "Many thanks for everything. Agreement signed. So hopefully you should be paid shortly."

But the payment still didn't paid. In my experience, this delay is never happened before.

Also, i have contact Sharie and still didn't reply any information.

I also try to contact Sharie before posting here, but getting a quick response from Sharie is one of the rarest things, I guess! :p

DC has some issues with Payoneer. I am not sure if it is completely solved.

Babba, has the holiday ended? I am unsure about the exact duration of the holiday. My issue has not yet been resolved, and I have not received any response from support in the "Chat with Support" section. It shows that the last activity was on 28/12/2024.
