Hello everyone!

I wanted to ask about After Effect, but I do not find theme about it. May I ask in this theme?

Maybe anyone knows: which program is better for creating of special effects? I want to make some nice footages for my images and photo using the program Adobe After Effect.

You should look into Adobe Photoshop for adding effects to images and photo's. After Effects is a program in which you can work easy on effects with movies and animations. Definitly photoshop is much better for editing stills.
