1.Download any Fireworks template and then save it and extract the files to your desktop.
2.Start your Adobe Fireworks. Go to Open and select the files from your desktop.
3. Select the layer (slice). Click on "Layers".
4. Click on Filters to edit the content , and then select the tool you want to use.
5.go to File->Save, to save your files in the Joomla template format.
