I'm reaching out because I need some clarification regarding my payout status. I feel truly grateful to have had the opportunity to participate and win a contest on Design Contest, as well as complete a 1-on-1 project with the same client. While there was a slight issue during the copyright transfer process, it was eventually resolved, and all prize funds successfully appeared in my account.
Following that, I requested payouts to PayPal on February 3rd and 6th. However, as of today, both payouts are still marked as "under review," and it has now been around one month without any progress.
I’ve been in contact with moderator Babba, who informed me that there is an issue with 1-on-1 projects that developers are still working to fix. I completely understand that technical problems can happen, and I appreciate the hard work being done behind the scenes.
That said, as time keeps passing without a clear resolution, I’m becoming quite concerned. I also noticed that the chat thread where I was following up has disappeared.
Could you please advise me on the status of my payout? Should I expect it to be processed soon, or will this delay continue until the next payment cycle? I just want to be sure of what to expect moving forward.
