DesignContest.com launches an extraordinary set of 50 free vintage design icons. You can use them on your portfolio pages as well as in any other design projects. It is free for personal AND commercial use. See the terms of use on the page for free icons. We also encourage you to spread the word about these icons on social networks and to link to the icons' page from your websites.

We would also like to hear your comments about the icons. If there is high demand we will add more icons to cover other design related areas.

I like the vintage collection if I get a vintage/ retro website project I'll definitively use it and let you know,
also a minimal icon set would be a good source I think.

well i didnt think you were allowed to use clip art pictures in design has to designed from fresh right

Hi Matthewdownton, you are right you can not use clip arts in logo design but this icons you can use in websites and other projects.

They're really nice!

It's a pity that really few CHs appreciate vintage design and prefer very common (sometimes out of date) concepts. I wish they were more open for current trends. After all, it's for their benefit

of course, I'm not indending to offend someone's concepts. Just saw in contests some amazing entries that were really up to date (but still original), though they didn't receive any medal. Hope it'll change!
