Hiya guys, I heard some bad news about paypal. They are limiting your account without reason... or 'excuse' reason to holdback your funds. It happened to me last few days. I send them all my legal documents (base on their list) to uplift the limitation, then they did... upon restoring my account I hurriedly transfer my funds to my bank account, and luckily got my money. But then, after 2 days... it did again..they limit again my account, and asking me again those papers, etc...
As of now, I cannot withdraw or send money :( which hinders my online business.

It's scary to stay your money with them. Let me know if you experienced it. And what alternative for Paypal?

I googled around here are some links that I found;

Being a new member, I really appreciate the FYI on this.

I believe they may limit some account due to the war against terrorism ..

Well .. I guess the WU or MoneyGram is a good thing even if it cost some cash ...!!

Heres a dumb question.

Would it probably make more sense to be set up as a business account through PayPal rather than a personal one when when it comes to earnings from contests? I'm sure this question has already come up before. Sorry if this is an old one! :)

It's amazing how many times the same question is asked in this thread.

At this time, only Paypal, Western Union, Money Gram and Ikobo are used.
