I submitted all necessary files and formats, and contest holder appreciate me about the logo design. He took all the files and didn't close the contest. he is not replying any more.

Client has 7 days of finalization and approves the files. If it is over 7 days, then moderator can closed it. However, it is always better to wait for the client in order to get his/her review. 

Another thing, since it is your first win, admin will have to review your files and do the backcheck in order to close the contest and release the prize, and it takes slightly longer time.

the finalization status is the same as you, what I experienced was not the same in every contest, depending on the contest holder (CH) and the rules as stated by Babba above, and everything must be done by the DC admin, I have never experienced a contest being canceled or not paid, just need a little patience and keep on entering other contests, thanks for asking.

We are experiencing the same thing.

I've been more than a month and no news.

We can only hope that @sharie gets over this soon.

Only patience we can do.

Mazzaki, you should not wait for month. Seven days finalization is a must unless client closes it, reasonable waiting could be seven days plus, but not more than that. This referrers only if everything is in order and there are no any violation.
