Here I see many of these logo contest are expire. What thinking about expire logo by admin??

It depends. Sometimes clients come back later on, or never. If guaranteed contest, then after a certain time it goes for member's voting. 

Either way, admin sends notifications to client and has to wait pretty long until it can be considered as abandoned.

Have held 3 contests and guaranteed contest, but none of the designs in the contests were chosen.

As a designer, I also don't understand what the CH means. Is it that none of the designs are suitable, or what? If none of the designs fit, why not issue a refund? We, as designers, have already submitted entries in the contest, dedicating our time, effort, and thoughts, but we feel unappreciated. But yes, that's part of the risk for designers here.

And I have a suggestion for the DC admin. How about removing contests that have been expired for a long time? Because there are entries from designers that could potentially be stolen by irresponsible people.

I wonder that too. 

DC needs to update terms & conditions for CH as well.

One of them should be like CH first close guaranteed contest before launching another one.
