My payout went 0

Hello Dear Admin and Moderators, 

I won the contest and my payout was pending possible established Yesterday (Thursday) 

In the Next day Friday, I noticed no payout come to me even my finance showing me $0.0 in Pending and in Requested. 

Please help me, i am poor person, I did work hard and i get what i deserved by luck. I have 7 month kid, I was dreaming to do well for him but my all dreams broken. 

Please help me, is that system error or what?
