Hi DC Admin, I need a little help from you.
CH requires preview changes to the source files of the logo revision on finalization https://www.designco...finalization/. 
I can't change it. Can you help me? Thank You.

if you have already uploaded files...you have the option to delete and re-upload new ones in source files and of course sign the copyrigrt agreement again.

the delete option is the trash can image in the corner of the attached image box....

and if the case is that ch can't unzip the source file, the solution is to attach the file in the comment column....

CH does not close the contest before the preview logo is changed.
Is there a DC admin here who can handle it?

That's right, usually there is a delete feature. But why is it not available in my finalization now? Is this a system error or a bug?

 

have you tried the delete button shaped like a trash can on the zip file box?

(not the trash can on the preview box that displays the design!)

if it still doesn't work, then you should wait for the admin's review....

It should be delete button and button to attach files for re-upload. Or you have to upload a new entry then new files again.

It was a long time ago when I won a contest so I can not give more inputs.

Imalq - Can you please make a screen shot of your recent finalization? Just a tabs so designer can see it.

Babba, There is no trash icon here, only an edit icon, even then it doesn't work and when I edit the message appears "You can not change finalization steps now"
 
I also won several contests, and I could see the trash can sign, but now I can't find it.
 
Please have the DC software team check it.

yes, that's what i mean... the pen and line icon; select on the right side of the zip archive.... if pressed an option will appear... use the delete option,

then the process will be repeated as @senadneslan_juventus said...

Imalik, still can not. When I click the pen icon, "Modify Finalization Files?" appears. when I click "Yes" then a notification at the bottom of the right side appears "You can not change finalization steps now". This is very confusing for me and a waste of time.
 
I just found this case in finalization.

yes, it may seem like there is system maintenance or upgrade in DC...

nothing you can do, while waiting for admin to review this issue...try again in a few hours...
