1. From your Joomla administrator, go to the menu option "Extensions".
2.Click on "Template Manager."
3.Select your currently used template and click the Edit button.
4.Select "Edit CSS."
5.You can edit your CSS code from your CSS file. Changing your Joomla font might depend on the structure of your CSS file. The the base font is usually declared in the CSS body tag

font-family: Verdana, Arial, sans-serif;
font-size: 14px;
color: #CCCCCC;
line-height:15px;
background-color: #222222;
}
From here, you can change the font size. Common font styles are your best bet since the users will see whatever fonts are installed in their computers
