Giving Joomla a Fixed Background

To give Joomla a fixed background do the following:
1.From your Joomla administration, using media manager upload any image to your images folder.
2.Go to the Extensions menu item ->Template Manager. Now select your current template of your site. This looks like a start right next to your template name.
3.Click the "Edit CSS" button. Select the site’s template(template.css), and click Edit to open your template file.
4.In the code look for the tag "body".
5.Add the below code inside the { and } brackets
background-image:URL("/images/yourimage.gif");
background-repeat:no-repeat;
background-attachment:fixed
This will link your image
7.Save your file and view the site in your browser and you should now see the image fixed on your page
