Assuming that you are adding a twitter widget, in your WordPress site. To display only tweets with specific keywords or hashtags. Go to https://twitter.com/settings/widgets/ then go to the search tab. And type from:yourtwitterhandle #yourhashtag in the search box.
Save the widget and copy the code that you get.
Now from your WP site, go to Appearance -> Widgets and drag and drop your text widget to the sidebar and then paste the code inside it. Save the text widget.
