When i Export the jpg for DC it's Blur the colors in coreldraw is this any way to remove the problem.

Yes, It will because the JPEG (joint photographic expert group) is an compressed image file format but if you export any image in JPEG it can be by two way first is Loose Compression and Second is Loose Less Compression. Select Loose Less compression for 100% output.
Well better option is use PNG (Portable Network Graphics) file format.

Use PNG for vector-based designs (logos, *some* web designs, flat colors, etc); use JPG for bitmap/effects-based designs (photos/photo manipulations, crazy effects and filters and gradients, etc).
Also use PNG for images that must be cross-compatible Mac vs. PC. With JPGs, sometimes the colors turn different when transfering from a PC to a Mac or vise-versa.
Don't use 300dpi. 300dpi is only for printed designs. Your 640x480 artwork at 300dpi = 2667x2000 pixels.
Use 72-150dpi for web. 72 is more than fine in almost all cases.
