What kind of file do you export to? eps, jpg, png...? Have you try convert the font to curve before export (ctrl Q)?
How small? If too small compare to the canvas size, any software won't export to raster image well....
For DC, use 300dpi non-transparent png (don't use "export for web", just "export" selected)

Poljakov,
If you use outline in logo, make sure to convert the outline to object (ctrl shift Q), so that when you reduce the size, the outline will be reduced also. I can see that you don't do this in your Agreen logo

Paragraph text won't render properly in most cases... Artistic text will be fine in most cases. Converting to curves fixes the rendering problem all the time. So I always convert my text to curves for export (Just remember to keep a version that is not converted to curves in case you need to edit the text.

You can try sharpening it (if possible), or even try a different font. If you're using photoshop (or another editing program), try setting the font to "smooth" or "sharp" to see if that makes a difference. Small fonts don't usually look to great except maybe on some high resolution monitors.
