To change the text in Corel Draw follow the below steps:
1. From the left side, select the pointer. The pointer enables you to select items from your Corel DRAW design.
2. Find the text that you want to edit and click on it. This will select the box that has the text. You can drag the box to move the text anywhere on the page.
3. Go to the text editing tool beside the pointer tool.
4. Move the text editing tool and click in between your text to places the cursor in the text. Now you can type in more text if you wish.
5.Click and drag over your text and now you can choose a different font, color or size color from the text toolbar.

To edit the text, you need to do one of two things, after using the pick tool to select the text that is to be edited:
1. From the menu, click on Text->Edit Text... or
2. While holding down the Ctrl & Shift keys, press the 'T' key.
Either method will bring up the Text editing dialog box.
