New on here guys I was just wondering that sometimes a contest can be decided on the forums I would just like to know how to get to the voting polls for a contest I entered a couple of weeks back it’s called independent drone services I can see people have like my entry but it’s a private contest and I cannot vote on anyone else’s any help would be greatly appreciated thanks..

Only abandoned contests go for designers vote in "designers chat". The contest you're talking about is expired for only 3 weeks and to be declared "abandoned" it requires more than 3 months because clients can come back any time to extend the contest or pick a winner.
If you want to vote you can check this link for the current abandoned contests, but you can only vote for other designers, not for yourself.
