I like your concept. Thanks for not making another Beats by Dre copy that we see here way too often

Aesthetically... some manual kerning needs to be done (specially around the l-i-x). The headphones are a nice idea, maybe try it ≈10px shorter on the top. I don't know what to think about the i between the d and o, if it needs a little more room to breathe.

Anyways I like the concept

Nice idea, I just think that headphones look too asymmetrical, like they are parts of two different headphones.
