I have a Macbook Pro which I run Windows 7 on 
I love the Mac hardware, far superior to any other brand I have found. But I have never got accustomed to the feel of OSX or any other version of OS. The design tools I use are cross-platform, so I don't feel I gain/lose an edge by using one over the other.

I design with both -using the same programs on both, too. I think Macs are a little more efficient when you're just staying in one area, but if you're moving about (have to drive to different places, relocate your position often, etc) then I find laptop PCs to be much more convenient.
