how he traced on elite moving mascot? I think the client provided it..

no it was from different contest

This contest doesn't provide anything, the image was traced from another contest, the client did not proved anything to be copied

lagi, swerte nalang ta gipalit atong design. pero ikaduha cya gabuy sa ako entry, basin duha kabuok iya paliton or nasayup lang sya nga ikaduha niya napalit ako entry. thank you
