Hi people!
Differing formats compared to the original. I've used Truevision TARGA Format (TGA), Portable Network Graphics Format (PNG), Windows Bitmap Format (BMP), and JPEG File Interchange Format (JPG) at it's lowest and highest quality settings.
A case againts JPG

The moral of the story being normal folks should save images in more larger file formats in order to save image quality... is kind of off the mark... the everday person taking photographs of juniors birthday party probably wont even notice or care about teeny tiny artifacts...and they will probably care more about saving a buck on fewer cd-rs.... however from a web-designers prospective i can very much appreciate this article.
