need help...

I have just installed a new chat, but it seem to be working with problems for some users. In cooperation with our programmer we are trying to find the source of the problems. I need your help. Please, log into the chat at www.Chattish.com and write here about the chat's performance and answer a couple of specific questions:
1.Does the chat load at all?
2.Can you see your messages there?
3.How long did it take the chat to load
4.What is the ping time from where you are to www.chattish.com
