Ok I recieved an e-mail looks very official and looks almost same like Paypal email. A major difference I spotted was that the email had the old logo.
And I checked the links and looked at the difference between official post I had from Paypal and saw more difference.
The name of the email is your account is being flagged. You can see the email it was send from it not from paypal.com but paypal.intl.com.
The email was about your account being randomly scanned if you are the only user of that account. You have to click the link and type inf your email plus your code. Do not to that! It is a scam to get your code no company would ever ask you to do this. It is a scam to get your code and your money.
So be careful with these email. Not so fall for these dirty trick and never just give away you account code.

Yeah I've been getting those emails a lot lately, a few a month. They have a similar scam for major banks now too, since many people go for online bankings. I'm basically an expert at spoting them now...
To be on the safe side, just delete the email and sign in directly to the paypal website, which is secure.
