i wanted to ask you if you won any non-guaranteed contests? cause it seems like those never end with winners.

Hi Opheliact! Here in DC the contest are prepayed. Most of them have winners even if non guaranteed, they don't need to be guaranteed to choose a winner. It happens sometimes the CH to abandon the contest but I think it is rear, if the contest is abandoned the admins split the price between the top rated designers. Sometimes the contest is refunded but I have seen only a few like this.
