You can use the blurring edges effect to add some elegance to your picture. You may want to make your picture’s edges softer, specially when your dealing with bridal or portrait pictures. To make blurring edges , go to the selection tool and choose the rectangle. Then enter a feather value of 10 pixels. Use a large value in order to fade out the large area of the image; the maximum value you can use is 20 pixels. Then select image crop tool to crop your image.
