PaintShop (Error 1920)Protexis Licensing Will Not Start

If you are having trouble starting Protexis Licensing and you are getting the error 1920 in your PainShop do the following:
1.Close all running application.
2.2.Press Ctrl+ Alt +Delete together and your Windows Task Manager will display.
3.Go to the "Process" tab.
4.Look for "PSIService.exe." If you can’t find it , click on the "Show Processes from All Users" and check box to show it.
5.Highlight the "PSIService.exe." and then select "End Process."
6.When prompted click "Yes".
