Paint Shop Selection Tool

Paint Shop Pro has a fabulous Selection tool. Using the selection tool, you can select any segment of your project in different ways. You can either use the shape of a rectangle, which would create a precise shape for the selection; or you can use a free-form shape, used for irregular selections; and you can also use the Paint Shop Pro "Magic Wand” to select parts based on color, opacity or brightness. Once you select an image or a part of it, you can use any of Paint Shop Pro's many tools to edit your selection. If you want to use the Selection Tool for any image or part of any image of a particular layer, that layer should be highlighted as the layer you’re working on.
