1. Open the image you want to blink in you Paint Shop Pro application(File->Open), Or create a new document (File->New).
2.Draw whatever it is that you want to blink (if you are creating a new image) .
3. Go to Edit->Select all or (Ctrl+A) . Find what you need then Copy (Ctrl +C)
4.Go to the option "New Layer" and paste what you copied (Ctrl +V)
5. you can delete or edit the section of your image you want to be blinking in your new layer. If you delete that part then it will appear an then reappear in the final animation, and if you edit it then it will it will change its appearance by switching between the way the image looked before editing and after editing.
6.Go to File->Jasc Software Products->Launch Animation Shop->Animation Wizard.
7.Select the option "Add Layers Separately" to create an animation where each layer is one frames. Click Finish to finish the animation.
