Advantages of Super Zoom

•Simplicity, as it is an all in one lens and se you don’t need to carry so many lenses and keep changing your lens for different type of shots.
•Good focal length range.
•It reduces pesky dust on the image sensor that is caused by switching lenses.
•There is a vibration reduction feature in newer models.
•Cost effective

Disadvantages

•The image quality might be reduced when using a super zoom instead of prime lens, however this is decreasing in the newer models
•The Lens speed of Super zooms is between f/3.5 to f/5.6 while higher quality primes lenses have faster length speed
