1. Select the Best Lens Option
Macro lenses focal length ranges between 50mm to 200mm. A lens of 50-60mm is suitable for the general macro however a 100mm lens would give a greater subject-to-lens distance . the 150-200 is the most expensive but it gives extra power for capturing flying subjects
2. Add tubes to make standard zoom focus closer
Extension tubes that fit between the back of the lens and the camera’s body make the lens focus closer and produces bigger images of small subjects.
3. To make the lens focus closer, add a dioptre
Close up filters look like magnifying glasses. They are single-element lenses that screw into the front thread and they come in different strengths measured in dioptres.
