I think it really captures your artistic ability and talent.
Is that White Stripes website in your portfolio the official website? You did a great job on it.

I really like the way you use pictures and the fact that they are the focal point of your entire website, as they must use over 90% of you site. Well done. And even if the navigation is integrated into those photo-montage, it is easy to use and recognize.
Your style is refreshing for me. Thanks a lot. Makes a good difference from the tendancies we are actually seeing these days on the entire web.

I don't know about the WOW factor or not, but I certainly love being able to use my own photography on a main page design...to accomplish that added hidden meaning to me; a time and place in my life that I want to capture a feeling...much more meaningful to me as a designer to use my own shots, than all stock photos like I used to.

Brilliant! Glad to see you didn't just throw each link into the iframe. Instead there is a different feel for each section! How long did this take you?
I finished the whole site (production and design) in 3 days of nonstop work basically.
