You can make them by your own using Corel draw, Adobe Illustrator, look for some guide in internet its quite easy to make it, or look for it on http://www.cannypic.com/vectors.html I often use this website as a content storage for my own blog. There are a lot of stock images, photos, icons and other useful images, hope it will be useful for you and you'll find what you're looking for. Good luck.
