Do You Design With A Mac Or PC?
I prefer using a PC, mostly because Apple products are overpriced. On the same budget, a PC is much better performance-wise.

Mac at work PC at home. I prefer MAC for design because I got used to it at school and work and I ALWAYS use the shortcut on my PC which make ..wrong things lol. But At home I still stay PC cuz I am a gamer also
Best would be have both at home, but thats lot of money.

I used to make all of my designs on a PC but a year ago I switched from PC to MAC. I don't regret the decision I made. I love using my iMac. And this machine is also powerful enough that I can play most new games on it as well. I just have two OS's. One for gaming and one for everything else. (Specs: i5 2.5Ghz QC; 4GB RAM; HD 6750M; 500GB HDD)

LOL come to think of it... This is just like saying computer or no computer..
Everything is a tool, An extension of your body, An extension or filter in your effects palette. Tools. Just tools.
Nothing matters but graphical knowledge. Without any to little knowledge of the principals in design your tools are useless.

I've been designing on a MAC since 1989! Macs are very stable and they last forever! I currently use a G5 tower, an iMac G5, MacBookPro laptop (and iPad and iPhone). By the way, I still have an "ancient" Quadra PowerMac that still runs with no problems!! (circa mid 90's!) LOL! It was quite technologically advanced in its day!

On my experience, im used to work on PC, but been working with MACs for the past four years, so i can rely on both... personally i like PC performance the best... on the other hand, i can work way faster on a MAC... maybe it's user tools on interface.
By the way, MAC i no longer ''virus free'' only ''better protected'', bah!
