Capital D for me. Can't really explain why. It's just a cool-looking letter.
Interestingly, I never thought about my favorite letter of the alphabet before. And it's interesting that it's D and my online name for everything is "Diab" for many many years now.

In general, I love all letters, I would even say that this is my passion. I love that everything is connected with letters, reading, and writing. I have devoted my life to writing and this is not only my job but also my favorite hobby.
