PHP Nuke

I have been looking at these "PHP Nuke" websites recently, and am starting to like the layout of them. Can somebody tell me where I can find a website explaining PHP Nuke, or even give me a little bit of info? I already know HTML, Javascript, and some CSS, so if you need to use examples of each code, I will most likely know what you mean. Thanks a bunch
