Hi,

I understand the importance of participating in forums.

But, what if someone says hi (frankly speaking I am also doing that only) to many people just to increase the number of forum posted, to get unlimited submission.

As a designer, my level is improved and I get the upload limit being removed.

But, what is the use for DC by such posts?

Can anyone clarify?

Thanks and regards

SIHEM

I recommend reading all the top links in the forums to familarize yourself with the rules.. Also on the top of the forum you may have read me first files which has detailed guidelines. Otherwise take the risk of being banned from that forum or even DC for a short time for not following rules

Good Luck hope this helps

Many changes in rule of DC. We need to understand it clearly and follow rules. I think designers can discuss in forum. It's good.
Best for you.

The main purpose is to be active and support the community. The following text is from the Knowledgebase.

Why is it important to participate in the forums?

Being a DesignContest designer means being part of the community. It's not just about competing in contests, but also about learning from each other and discussing how we can make the community work better. The forums play the most important role in building our community.

To add to the first question - Also in the Knowledgebase, it is said that if someone is found posting meaningless messages, he/she will be banned.

What is considered meaningless and what not? Could someone clarify that?

Hi all,

Thanks for your replies.

Even I do feel that I get to know about a few designers atleast now.

I love this and I am sure that I am going to be here often.

Thanks

this is new to DC they never made you do this before, i was considered an elite designer then bumped all the the way down again but oh well reading some of the tips in the forms is kinda nice you can find new torts and new ideas.
