... Sega Dreamcast!Wow that was an amazing videogame console!
Far beyond its epoque.
I bought it to my son .. and we both spent HUNDREDS of hours playing toghether ...
nice memories .. , now he is 17, his interests have changed
(gals and music and fads .. well .. who didn't had those interest at that age too, hu? 
)I loved to play "Dead or Alive", "Soul Calibur", "Eco th dolfin"

here i am speechless
sometimes i had this same situation... i was design a logo with deep thinking and finally finished and submits on DC...after that i have look other designs...there is already a same design done by other designer..at this movement i am shocked.
did you had this situation ?... jjey

Yes, of course I have had some similar situations.
I have realized that thinking out of the box is not that simple, I mean that's a very important key in being creative but it takes a lot of mistakes and disappointments to get there.
Sometimes I have had to refrain from posting a design of mine because of its similarity to someoneelse's design. Even when that design was not there few minutes ago .. so.
Don't give up! Try unique designs . try to think in concepts that are not quite obvious ... try more and more clever logos ... not a simple task but that will stand your designs out from others for sure and it will worth it.
So .. Keep it up!
Designers are improved after every and all new logo intent.
