In Corel Draw we can change Bitmap to Vector Image by 'Trace Bitmap'

to Improve/Adjust the Tracing Capacity of Corel DRAW, follow;

Tools > Option > Power Trace

Yeah.Nice tip. It's the same feature as in Adobe Illustrator's Live Trace.

Its usually not recommended that you use auto trace.. If you can get your hands on some 900 dpi files then maybe but resolution and path edging dont match also way to much extra points .
