When I was very young - 3-4 years old, I adored all the characters from The Adventures of Teddy Ruxpin, especially the evil ones, they were so amusing : ) Don't know if someone remembers this cartoon...
From the later years I really loved Courage the Cowardly Dog and his co-stars!

I'm an 80's kid, but if I have to say one, I'd say Hello Kitty.
If I have to list a few, they would be:
Strawberry Shortcake, The Care Bears, Rainbow Brite, Gummi Bears.
