As I mentioned in your previous post (http://www.designcon...read.php?t=3689) you must be a design team member to enter the contests here. The only contests you are allowed to enter, are the Community Contests which are open to everyone.

I think guaranteed contests are contests that are not charitable - the prize is guaranteed (I think the admins of the site actualy have the money on hand, so you don't have to rely on the person holding the contest).
Since we're not design team members, we can only apply in community contests and charitable contests, the latter for which a prize is not guaranteed.
