Great critique, redrum. I have to agree with the majority here, in terms of the fonts and layout but I think there's an important part of the usage of logos that is often overlooked. Faxing. This particular logo will not translate well when made into a B/W logo...and resizing the logo to a smaller size, as in the case of a faxable logo, will result in a lot of information being lost. Overall, there seems to be a lack of research and thought of application in the design of this logo.
