1. From your Adobe Fireworks CS3 create a new document or open an existing document that contains an object which you want to apply the blending mode on.
2. Select the object, and list at the top of the "Layers" palette, locate the "Blending Mode" dropdown.
3.From the "Blending Mode" drop down list, select the blending mode that you want to use on your object.
4.The blending mode will now be applied to the object. You can apply several blending modes to an object
