How to link Wordpress posts to Facebook automatically

1.Sign in to your Facebook account, go to Profile and click on Notes.
2.Select “Write a note” and click “My Notes” from the left side bar.
3.Go to “Edit Import Settings”, and type in your WordPress address in the “Web URL” text box.
4. Check the check box next to “By entering a URL” and then click on the Start Importing button.
5. Click Confirm.
