How to convert Pictures to Clip Art?

To convert pictures to clipart
1.Using Photoshop, open the image you want to convert to clip art. Go to “Fileâ€Â-> “Open,†then navigate to the image file and double-click the on it.
2. Go to “File†-> “New†and open a new file. Enter the dimensions of the clip art you want to make and select “Transparent†.
3.Click on the image file to make it active and then select the subject of the photograph with the Photoshop selection tools. You can use the Magic Wand Tool first, if the wand fails to select the subject properly, use the Magnetic Lasso Tool.
4. Copy your selection on the picture, then click on the new canvas and paste the selection on the transparent background.
5.From the tool bar, select the Magnifying Glass and click on your new canvas to increase the size of your image. Use the Eraser Tool and scroll around the subject of the picture to remove parts of the background that were left around the subject or any part you don’t want to include in yor clip art.
6.Save the image as a GIF file. The picture will be saved as clip art with no background .
