How to Display the Layers Palette in Paint shop pro

1.go to the view menu and select "Palettes".
2. from the “Pallettes” submenu select "Layers" .
3.now drag the Layers palette to an edge of your display area, to dock it.
4.To select a layer, click on its name from the layer list in the Layers palette.
