1. Using the shapes tool, create a vector square shape.
2.From the Vector Selection tool, open the dialog box of the vector shape, by double clicking on the vector shape.
3.Set your foreground stroke item to No stroke (it’s a small circle with a line through it)
4.Set your background fill item to any color or pattern of your choice. Click on the background item to select the color/background. Under the textures, leave your foreground stroke item as ‘No’ stroke, and then set the background fill the item to textures. Now click again on the background item to set your texture.
5.Your image will now have an even texture that you can use as backgrounds or anything else.
